Cards printed in Bicycle by U.S. Playing Cards Company.
Mix up your spectators' neurons! A deck of cards that obeys the finger and the eye.
Do you think it's possible? Well yes. With this trick by Dominique Duvivier, your deck will behave exactly as you want it to, except for one detail: without ever touching!
You take a deck out of its case. You spread it out, face up, face down. Nothing abnormal. Everything is clear. You then place the deck far from you and mime the act of mixing it. Better, still by simple mime, you mix the cards face up and face down. Very clearly, you take your deck of cards back, you spread it out and, to everyone's dismay, your cards are mixed in all directions. Your deck has obeyed you, as if by magic.
You put the cards away from you and mime putting all the cards back in order. You pick up your deck again and, proud of having such a well-laid deck, you show that all the cards are now back in the right direction! And without any manipulation, as clearly as possible!
But your audience is not at the end of its surprises. Your deck is so obedient that by making a simple magic pass, all the cards instantly transform into the Queen of Hearts. Yes, the deck that did indeed contain different cards has mutated with a simple snap of your fingers!
You then reserve a final surprise for your audience, a final incomprehensible mystery. Which one? To find out, quickly get this "Game that Shuffles Itself".
